Shipping policy

NOT ALL FRUIT BASKETS ARE SHIPPABLE NATIONWIDE. A few of our baskets are too heavy and fragile to ship and we must disable a few from nationwide shipping to protect our quality.

 

1. Local Delivery (by our employees) will occur to the recipient on the day you selected at checkout.
2. Nationwide Shipping (by UPS) will likely occur to the recipient on the day you selected at checkout. That means we will work with your shipping selection to pack and ship your order to arrive on time. There are sometimes circumstances beyond our control. (Weather, UPS issues, etc.)
3. In the event of inclement weather in Denver, we will not put our drivers at risk and push back a day. 
4. In the event of freezing temperatures in Denver we will not ship baskets nationwide to prevent fruit from freezing at UPS at the airport. (Same applies for the weather at the final destination)
